Please submit a form via Contact page. If it's an order inquiry, we highly recommend contacting us at least one month in advance because of our limited availability especially during weekends.

Collection & Delivery

We currently suspend delivery services under current situation. All orders need to be collected at our kitchen in Notting Hill. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Basic - Please collect at one of the stations - Holland Park, Notting Hill Gate, Farringdon.
Standard - We will deliver everything to the venue or your house on the day or 1 day before you need. As for hiring decoration tools, the customers are to pay the postage for returning the tools to us.
Bespoke - We will deliver everything to the venue, and complete setting up everything so that you can just begin your party. As for hiring decoration tools or anything related with entertainments, how to return can be different. We can share more information through our consultations.
